I've been shopping around for service and brake parts for my VW Golf. My local GSF had everything in stock and cheaper than any other local motor factor. ??. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful and the best part - unused items can be returned without any additional fees (T&C's apply of course) - Happy Motoring

Happy with price in general terms unhappy with the unavailability of basic stuff for real common car parts which I find unavailable in the Norwich branch

Needed a new battery for a Nissan Note with Stop/Start. Easy to choose the correct one on the website, and happened to be when a weekend deal was on. When I called to collect, the guy at GSF checked that it was the right one as there are so many options. All good. Will definitely use again.

Phoned for a price on a washer pump and was told £17.50. Got to the local GSF only to be told it was £39.00, I was quoted for the wrong part! I then had to buy the part online using a promo code to get the pump cheaper. Then waited outside while the transaction was processed, I was told that this could take up to an hour to complete. Fortunately I was able to collect the pump after 15 minutes.

Great place to go for all you motoring needs great price and quick service had all the parts in stock so easy to go and pick up at local depot will definitely use this firm again and recommend to everyone.

Just stripped out my handbrake cables and found you have sent me the wrong part on one side so having to go back to the branch tomorrow

Placed a large order which included a set of wiper blades. It seems there was a problem with the near side one, the money was refunded for the wiper blade but no alternative was selected.
Had to buy a set off of e bay .

Took nearly half a hour to pick up materials ecan tho nobody was in feont of me

Helpful and friendly

I have used gsf for years. They used to be a good reliable company. I don't no what has happened but now they are appalling.
Ordered parts online for delivery withing 3-5 days.
They took just short of 2 weeks to arrive. By which point I had to get the parts elsewhere as they where needed.
Have sent numerous emails and tried calling I don't no how many times to never get a response and be ignored.
Still trying to get a refund but no luck so far. Will contact my credit card company to do a charge back and bin it at this rate
